Beta privacy notice
This notice covers the Orbit Dispatch beta. Final candidate privacy verification remains pending. This page is not a claim that store approval or network verification is complete.
Who operates the game?
KT Labs LLC operates Orbit Dispatch. This notice covers the beta app, not other websites or applications. Contact ktventures.contact@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Your progress stays on your device
The app stores campaign progress, unlocked and equipped rockets, preferences, and gameplay statistics locally. There is no required account or developer-operated cloud-save, leaderboard, or gameplay backend. Your operating system may include app data in backups. Remove the app and its data to remove local progress; manage separate backups through your operating system.
Advertising and consent
Beta builds request Google's official test advertisements. Test ads still contact Google and do not mean that no data leaves the device. Google Mobile Ads and its User Messaging Platform may process IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, performance information, and privacy choices.
We request non-personalized ads and disable publisher first-party identifiers. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission. These controls limit personalization but do not eliminate all SDK processing. Native network behavior remains part of beta verification. We do not sell local progression or send it to our own server.
Where Google's consent service requires it, a consent form and Settings Privacy Options let you manage your choices. Ad requests are gated on that service's permission. You may continue playing without accepting a Time Warp ad; Retry and Return Home remain free. Forms vary by region.
Permissions
The game uses touch input, audio, and optional vibration. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise-location permission. Sound and haptics can be disabled in Settings.
Support messages and retention
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you choose to send. We use this information to respond and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Local progress remains until app data is removed or overwritten. Google processes advertising and consent data under its own policies and retention practices; Apple may separately collect TestFlight feedback and diagnostics under its beta-testing terms.
Service providers
Read Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising information for their practices. No third-party analytics scripts, marketing cookies, or webfonts have been added to this support page. Google Firebase hosts these pages and Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS; these providers may process connection information to operate and secure their services. Children and your choices
Orbit Dispatch is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children. For access, deletion, correction, objection, or other privacy requests that may apply in your location, email us. We cannot retrieve local gameplay records from a server because we do not operate one. Google or Apple data requests may also need to be directed to those providers.
Changes
We will update this notice when the app's behavior changes. Final release disclosures and native privacy verification must be completed before store distribution.
